WSR Reflective Investigations

Course Description:
Using a reflective investigations approach, participants will explore the concept of thinking like a scientist searching for the truth, to actively practice skills in open-mindedness, mental flexibility, and curiosity, and how they relate to growing as a professional educator. Reflecting through this lens, collaborating with peers, along with investigating topics of curiosity, will provide the opportunity for teachers to deepen their emotional intelligence, and target an area of interest, (i.e. instruction, classroom management, well-being, or behavior) to propel growth forward for the teacher and for students.
